1. Scope of Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital services, subscriptions, and features offered by The FutureMed. We do not offer refunds for any services once accessed or activated.

2. Nature of Services

Due to the digital and personalized nature of AI-generated services, once content is delivered or accessed, refunds cannot be processed.

3. Billing Disputes

For billing errors or duplicate charges, users may contact support@thefuturemed.com within 7 days of transaction. Valid claims may be adjusted after verification.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle.

5. Trial Periods

If a trial period is offered, users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Refunds are not provided for missed cancellations.

6. Account Termination

If your account is suspended for policy violations, you are not eligible for a refund.

7. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as service outages exceeding 72 hours without prior notice.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
